HOA Annual Assessment Payments –
HOA Annual Assessment Payments are due prior to January 1 of the year of assessment.
The HOA BOD has granted a No Penalty period to January 31 of the assessment year.
HOA Members are assessed an additional $20.00 per month, or portion thereof, starting February 1 of the assessment year for any Annual Assessment that is not paid in full by January 31 of the Assessment year.
